What should I do if I cannot access shared folder via SMB/CIFS protocol?
Possible cause:
- SMB service disable.
- SMB service abnormal.
Action:
- Go to Settings > File system > Protocol and Check if the CIFS/SMB service is on.
- Try to restart the CIFS/SMB service and login again.
