Solution:

After several weeks of testing, Diana Unicharm JSC decided to adopt EonStor DS 3016RT and DS 3012G. In its IT environment, the front-end physical and virtual server farm runs web, database and digital media applications, and connects to both production storage DS 3016RT and backup storage DS 3012G via 8Gb/s FC switches and interfaces. As a production storage, DS 3016RT stores all critical data of server farm, and with a configuration of 8 SAS SSDs, 8 SAS hard drives, and enabled Automated Storage Tiering, performs daily and weekly backup to DS 3012G. The purpose of the design is to offer a complete solution in terms of speed, security, flexibility, and ease of use. The system architecture is shown as the following diagram:
